Eric Fulco is a Texas real estate developer known for creating thoughtfully designed homes that blend timeless architecture with modern living. Over the past two decades he has delivered custom homes, luxury residences, and urban infill projects across Austin, with completed work in Clarksville, Brentwood, East Austin, Driftwood, Georgetown, and other Central Texas neighborhoods.
He founded Alexander, where he leads every stage of development, from identifying overlooked sites and shaping the architectural vision to overseeing construction and delivering finished homes. Earlier in his career he helped launch Perry Homes' return to the Austin market. That same attention to proportion, materials, and craftsmanship shapes his vision for Overlook.
Ruby Cloutier is the founder of an Austin-based interior design studio and leads interiors and spatial design for Overlook. Her background in fashion and styling shapes a practice built around how people actually live, creating functional, emotionally driven interiors where light, proportion, and material work together. She describes her work as designing the conditions for feeling and connection.
In 2027 she will present an installation, Beneath The Image, at TIME SPACE EXISTENCE, shown alongside La Biennale Architettura in Venice.
